Preparation Instructions

COOK FROM THAWED: OVENBAKE: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). 2. Remove from packaging, and place on lined baking tray. 3. Cook for 20 minutes until the flesh is flaky or cooked to your liking, turning fillets halfway through cooking time. COOK FROM FROZEN: Remove the sleeve from the tray pack and place sealed pack with fish fillets in a basin of lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes to separate the fillets before cooking. OVENBAKE: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). 2. Pat thawed Fish Fillets dry with a paper towel, season to your liking and place on a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven. 3. Cook for 20 minutes until the flesh is flaky or cooked to your liking, turning fillets halfway through cooking time.

Usage Instructions

Thaw Spicy Mango Fish Fillets in the refrigerator overnight at or below 5°C & keep refrigerated until ready to consume. Use Spicy Mango Fish Fillets within 24 hours of thawing.
