Preparation Instructions

OVENBAKE FROM FROZEN: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). 2. Remove from packaging and place on lined baking tray. 3. Cook for 20 minutes until the flesh is flaky or cooked to your liking, turning fillets halfway through cooking time. OVENBAKE FROM THAWED: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). 2. Pat thawed Fish Fillets dry with paper towel, season to your liking and place on a lined baking tray, in the centre of the oven. 3. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the flesh is flaky or cooked to your liking, turning fillets halfway through cooking time.

Usage Instructions

Thaw Spicy Mango Fish Fillets in the refrigerator overnight at or below 5°C & keep refrigerated until ready to consume. Use Spicy Mango Fish Fillets within 24 hours of thawing.
